End-Of-Season Celebration
Every season ends with a celebration. Every kid gets included.
All-Star Day is the finale of every Bloom season – All-Star games, skills competitions for every player, six awards per division, and pizza for all.
Why All-Star Day Matters
The way a season ends matters.
Most youth sports leagues end their season with a final game and a handshake. Maybe a trophy for the winning team. Maybe nothing at all.
Bloom does it differently – because the way a season ends shapes whether a kid wants to play again. All-Star Day is the day every player walks away feeling like they were part of something. The All-Stars get their moment. The casual players get their moment. Everyone eats pizza. Everyone leaves with a story.
The All-Star Games
Team Black vs Team Gold
Team Black
vs
Team Gold
About 20 players per division are selected as All-Stars based on coach evaluations across the season. Each All-Star receives a reversible Black-and-Gold jersey – black on one side, gold on the other – so the two squads split right on the court for a real, celebrated All-Star game.
For Every Player
Skills competitions – open to all.
Players who aren’t named All-Stars don’t sit on the sideline. Every kid competes, and every kid gets their moment.
Dribbling Contests
Obstacle courses and timed dribbling challenges, organized by age group.
Shooting Contests
Spot-shooting, free throws, and accuracy events for every skill level.
More Fun Events
Rotating competitions designed for participation, not elite performance.
Recognition
Six awards per division.
Chosen by coaches across the season and announced live – so recognition is spread widely, not concentrated narrowly.
MVP
The most valuable player – performance, leadership, and impact across the season.
Sportsmanship
The teammate who best represents how Bloom wants the game played.
Most Improved
The player whose growth across the season was the most dramatic.
Best Shooter
Pure shooting ability – form, consistency, and clutch performance.
Big Play
The player who delivered the season’s most memorable moment.
Super Hooper
The all-around player – fundamentals, hustle, IQ, and heart.
With about 20 All-Stars and six awards per division, roughly one in three players earns formal recognition – and skills competition winners are recognized too.
And pizza for everyone.
All-Star Day ends with pizza for every player, parent, and sibling. It’s included in your season registration fee – no extra cost, no collection emails.
